THIS AGENCY AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the below date by and between the company stated below ("THE CLIENT") and Gold Coast Financial, ("THE AGENCY"), a Delaware Corporation, whose principle address is 14919 Carry Back Dr., North Potomac, Maryland, 20878.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, THE CLIENT requires assistance with certain specialized professional services in connection with collection of accounts receivable debt and other financial services.
WHEREAS, THE AGENCY is a fully qualified licensed and bonded collection agency registered in the State of Maryland able to provide such specialized professional services.
SERVICES:
THE AGENCY will provide professional debt collection services to THE CLIENT. The types of collections that will be provided to THE CLIENT are:
FEES:
The following fee structure is based upon amounts collected whether directly paid to THE CLIENT or to THE AGENCY on behalf of THE CLIENT:
THE AGENCY will only be compensated after recovery of Amounts from debtors and will not be compensated by THE CLIENT for any services provided in connection with efforts to recover on the delinquent accounts.
At the sole discretion of THE CLIENT, food and lodging may be provided if THE CLIENT requires a meeting with any employee of THE AGENCY.
TERM:
Subject to the provisions for termination set forth herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
